My name is Ashdin Doctor and although I sound like one sometimes, I am not a doctor (It is my surname). I believe that having an awesome life is easy. All we have to do is identify and create the right habits, routines and rituals; that will make us awesome.
I have personally gone through this journey. 5 years ago I was unhealthy, overworked, stressed and sleep deprived. Till it caught up with me and I found myself collapsing on the floor in a puddle of sweat unable to move. I realised my life needed to change.
In this pursuit I have informally studied various perspectives on health, nutrition, fitness, exercise, anatomy, nervous system, habits, motivation,lifestyles, meditation, healing practices and sleep. I partner with thought leaders, doctors, experts in various fields related to lifestyles and health.
I was urged to start Awesome180 by the people around me that had begun the change as well.
Awesome180 is a labour of love born out of my insatiable thirst for knowledge and a desire to share and change lives.
